WelcomeDelegate Doyle Niemann (D-47) represents a diverse, multi-ethnic, low and moderate income district located inside the Beltway in northern Prince George's County. An Assistant State's Attorney for Prince George's County since 1998, Delegate Niemann currently specializes in prosecuting economic and white-collar crimes. Prior to graduating with high honors from the University of Maryland School of Law, he served as Director of Corporate Communications for the ULLICO family of insurance and investment services companies and was Vice President for the Kamber Group, one of Washington's largest public relations and communications firms. |
